Here we have a solid walnut stave 6.5x14 snare drum.  It was made by CCW (Custom Cut Woodworking) Drums, in Wisconsin.  This was the first snare Jimmy made for Matt.  The craftsmanship is impeccable.  It features a 5/8" thick shell, Pearl SR-1000 strainer, classic tube lugs, diecast hoops, and detailed wood inlay.  You might notice that the badge is different in the second to last photo.  Early on, Jimmy initially wanted to name his drum-making company "CC Drums USA," but discovered that a similar-named company, C&C Drum Company, already existed.  Jimmy promptly renamed his company CCW Drums USA.
